"Iv now purchased 2 motorcycles from Great Western of Hickory and both times they made the process simple and enjoyable. They go above and beyond in customer service if there is any issues they will immediately jump on it and go above and beyond to fix anything and apologize several times even if it wasn't their fault. I drive an hour to shop here even though I have a local dealer. But my local dealer acts like a car dealership and will try to pressure you into a purchase. For example they didn't have what I was looking for so they proceeded to talk junk about it saying what they had in stock was a better option. Great western of hickory is more than willing to assist you but won't hover over you as you walk through the sales floor. Zach (salesman) is a total bro awesome guy to work with! I'll be back soon for more toys! Thanks guys for your outstanding customer service!"

"OK...I have given a testimonial before but need to again. I am on my second bike now...a 2008 Kawasaki Vulcan Nomad 1600 I purchased used from an individual I knew. But even thought I bought the bike somewhere else Hickory Kawasaki is wonderful to work with. The manager Steve took this bike for a ride for me to help me evaluate it before I bought it. All the sales personal are extremely friendly to me even though I have not yet purchased a bike from them. The Parts guys are great...always remember my name...very helpful with everything I buy. I just purchased two new tires from them and they price matched online pricing for me...just great! Got the tires in two days...and the service guys put them right on the next day. I am so glad this dealership is only about 2 miles from my office! I stop by often just to look and talk...always enjoyable. Thanks guys!"

"I purchased a used V Star 2005 model from an individual, but this dealership treats me like I bought a new bike from them. Great customer service. Tried out their online service requests feature and received a call early the next morning...and all I was needing was a tire change and I already had the tire. I have found the sales, parts and service personal to be very helpful and friendly. Yea...I know they are hoping I will buy a new cruiser from them in the future...and you know what...I PROBABLY WILL! Some dealerships don't want to mess with you unless you purchased your bike from them...but as I said, these guys treat me great. If you need a motorcycle, parts or service...give Hickory Yamaha a try!"

"I just wanted to say that Greg is a great salesman. He made me fall in love with a Kawasaki Ninja 650R (And I have never rode a sport bike and don't really know much about them), but unfortunately I wasn't able to get financing, so now I am planning to get a used one. The way Greg was talking about 650R made me only want it. I did not want another motorcycle. I am pretty sure if he would have recommended another motorcycle I would fall in love with it also.
